bugger the real estate agents....sell it yourselves...save thousands of dollars...a commonsense handbook for allthose who wish to sell their home privately....plus almost 200 sample advertisement that will work for you....whats so hard about selling.....because of brainwashing by the real estate industry....the average person hesitate to sell privately....why? most of us sold some of our possessions at some time......whats so different...........except for the value of items sold....make your mind to sell....prepare the item for sale.....advetise....negotiate.....why pay someone to sell your car furniture or garage sale...no you would not.....then why pay someone to sell your house...this is a great book...full of tips and advice....great reference book.......legal obligations of a contract which your solicitor or conveyancer handles......please look at my other items because i combine postage. and please add me to your favourites...
