Display pictures not for sale

Near Mint - As good as near new, no marks or defects, no writing

Excellent - As Near Mint as possible, with only a very slight edge tear or two… never more than the usual one half inch. May have only slight corner wear. Could have store stamp only, but no writing of any kind

VG+ - A step below Excellent. May have the slightest of handling wear. Light corner wear may be present on all four corners. Only minimal handling allowed. A light inconspicuous pencil name or mark may or may not be present. Other light flaws may include a light ripple or crease, but no dog-ear folds

VG - May include any of the above, but with owner's name in ink and possibly a few more edge tears of up to an inch. May have writing on inside music, but seldom present. May have a sticker on cover.

Good - A lot of what you see today are of this category. May or may not include any or all of the above, but can have light staining, with no serious damage. Spine splitting may be in part or complete, but can usually be mended with clear tape inside. Other minor defects may apply, but none too blatant.

Fair to Poor - Much wear, with most of the above. Some paint chipping, missing corner parts of more than one half inch, center fold, but still complete as with all my music.
