Postage is free to mainland U.K. For mainland Europe postage is £2.50 and the rest of the world postage is £3.00

 2.     Preferred payment is Paypal but we will accept cheques/postal orders.

 5.     We will send items once payment has cleared and tee has been printed. We aim to despatch parcels twice a week, Wednesdays and Saturdays.

6.      We always obtain proof of postage and do not accept responsibility for loss or damage by the post office.

7.      International buyers, please pay by paypal or UK money only.

9.      Item must be returned within: 7 Days of receipt.

Return policy details: Vandal Designs follow the distance selling regulations (UK) 2000. This means that you may return any off-the-shelf item to us for a full refund (excluding delivery charges) within 7 days of delivery providing the item is new and unused. Please note that custom-made items are excluded from this and may only be returned if faulty or not as specified. Faulty products may be returned after first contacting us for return instructions. Do not return goods for any reason without first contacting us as it may then be impossible to replace or refund the item. Please note the cost and responsibility of delivery of returns lies with the customer.
