ultra rare bonsai seeds -- styrax formosana stunning

  styrax formosana or taiwan snowbell is a very beautiful plant for both bonsai and gardens. it is only endemic to taiwan and grows from tropical sea level to alpine region about 2500 meters, therefore it can tolerate wide range of climates. a shurbby tree to about 2 -3 meters with fine branches and small diamond shaped leaves. massive star shaped white flowers appear in summer time hanging under the branches. the tree looks stunning in bloom especially in colder climate where the leaves appear with the flowers so it looks almost white like cherry blossum as shown in the second pic. the flowers have very strong jasmine like perfume. seeds stays on the branches through winter after leaves falling off. this is very attractive, too.  young tree forms beautiful conical shape and does not need much trimming. it can be grown as bonsai, large screen, lawn specimen or along the driveway. full sun to part shade.
