Payment info:
I appreciate payment within 7 working days, however I also understand life is what it is and will happily extend that to more - provided there is communication from the buyer. Please read TOS below.
PayPal preferred however, Australian buyers may direct deposit into an Australian Account - details supplied on checkout.
Postage and other stuff:
Please understand that purchasing from me is an international sale as I'm presently out of Australia for the interim.
Items are currently sent from United Arab Emirates and as such, international shipping rates apply to all purchases. I purchase postage in United Emirates Dirhams (AED). All conversion rates are calculated using ex.com (universal currency converter).
Items are sent as regular airmail parcels via Emirates Post. Postage amounts are sought from www.emiratespost.com. Parcels can be tracked from this website and if purchasing insurance a CP tracking code will be emailed to you.
I am always happy to combine postage – however, empost's system is based on weights only, so If it happens that combining doesn’t work out to your advantage, I would of course inform you prior to any transaction.
I despise high postage costs just as much as the next person and only charge actual postage - there is no hidden handling fee or packaging material fee added to your invoice.
Any discrepancy in actual mail cost is reimbursed to buyer (either thru PayPal as payment sent to recipients email address, or as a deduction on the sales invoice).
NB: Occasionally I find that the PO charges a little less than the website calculator - and in this instance, reimbursement to buyer is through paypal...
I do find equally though, that the costs at the PO counter can alter and increase depending on who is 'manning' the counter. I am slowly becoming recognised by the PO staff, however they don't seem to get the 'mates rates' idea (yet!)
It is equally handy to note that parcels sent from UAE are still a stamp system, so it is easy for a buyer to add up the stamps (they are costed in AED (Dirhams and fils) and printed in both English and Arabic. Add up the total paid and then check on xe.com universal currency converter to see that in fact postage paid by buyer is actually less than charged by me on the invoice.

If paying international postage rates is a concern - I would prefer no bid placed on an item and to keep my vintage item in my collection - than to continue decreasing my DSR (star rating) for postage charges - when I have no control over these charges.
I appreciate your your understanding with this as listing is currently a hobby and a 'taste of home' while I am OS. My main interests with vintage clothing and accessories is buying and collecting, however, I will return to Australia at some point to recommence selling and prefer to maintain my DSR rating for then.
Postal delivery :

Please maintain reasonable expectations on postal times. Airmail postage from UAE (according to empost ) takes from 10 – 15 working days depending on where its going, however, I've had parcels arrive in Australia 4 days after sending them and many arrive well before 8 days!
also - please allow time for custom clearances - US customs clearances can take longer for items sent from Middle East.
I do endeavour to post within a day of recieving payment - Please understand the time differences between countries and allow for that. My weekends are a Friday and Saturday, with my working week beginning on a Sunday. Occasionally, I am tied up with work committments and postage can be delayed a few days (and this is only ever due to unforseen circumstances as well as cultural celebrations such as Ramadan / Eid which result in reduced business hours for publiin the Middle East).
Email communication between payment recieved and item dispatched is ongoing on my part. You will receive all eBay notifications for payment sent/item posted etc and we always leave our + feedback on day of payment.
