Payment Policy

• PayPal Only - Since e-Bay no longer allows sellers to paper forms of payment by mail we must accept PayPal only which is owned by e-Bay.  Quite the monopoly.
• If you're upset by this please voice your concerns to e-Bay. If a particular auction has a buy-it-now an immediate payment is requirement.
• Please make PayPal payment within 5 days time. Failure to meet the payment obligation within the 5 day period without a prior arrangement with me will result in the normal detrimental actions as prescribed by eBay policy, and item can be re-listed.

Feedback Policy

• We would like to hear something from our customers before leaving our feedback; our system will return same type of feedback to those who leave for us.
• e-Bay feedback is very important and we ask that you please leave Positive feedback on eBay after you receive and inspect your items.
• Positive Feedback will be left for you - once you leave your positive feedback which will inform us that your have received your item and have no outstanding issues.  
• If there is any problem with your order, please contact and allow us to resolve the issue before giving us a negative or neutral feedback, not matter what the situation, please give us a chance to solve it instead of giving us negative or neutral feedback.

Shipping Policy

• Canadian and International Bidders request Quote if no International Calculator shows.  We will ship most items worldwide.
• Media Mail - Is an inexpensive method to ship media items, but is a very slow delivery.  USPS says it can take up to 14 days and it often takes longer.  December is always a high volume month.
• Canadian and International Buyers there is an additional $2.00 Tracking Number Fee in addition to the international ship fee calculated.  Please wait for invoice.
• Sellers are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may and often vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.
• Buyer pays for return of any unwanted product if refund or exchange is offered.
• Shipping & handing fees are not refundable unless listing was misrepresented.
• Buy more than one and I may be able to combine ship - ask for quote.
• LOCAL PICK-UP:  In lieu of shipping most items can be picked up locally for a handling fee. Any item where the Shipping Service is marked Local Pick-up – will not be shipped – the buyer must pick up the item within 7 days (unless extension granted) or the buyer forfeits payment – without prior agreement the item will then be re-listed after seven days.
• Will ship as a gift (Gift Wrapped) to any US Address for additional small fee.

All NEW Bibles, commentary or other books sets, cassettes, CD's, and Bible Software are guaranteed!  They are however non returnable except for manufacture defects or similar damaged to the book or item, which will be replaced by us through the publisher.  Some Bibles may have been customer returns (which are denoted as such) but even those are in absolute like new condition – except that some metal engraved name plates may cover an engraved name. This will be denoted in the auction listing so please read carefully.   Any questions please ask before biding as your bid signifies acceptance of the terms.   NEW Books, tapes, and CD's are brand new and guaranteed to arrive in new condition or they will be exchanged at our cost!  Otherwise they are a final sale. Used books, cassettes, DVD's, VHS tapes, and CD's are not returnable or guaranteed unless stated on that sale page.
