All items are shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment. We gladly combine shipping to provide you the best rates. If you would like to combine shipping, just e-mail us at the end of the auctions that you would like to combine.

We ship worldwide and offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs. Express and overnight shipping are available, just shoot us an e-mail for a quote. All domestic packages come with delivery confirmation. Insurance and tracking are available for all packages. There is never a handling fee and any overcharges on shipping will be refunded.

Domestic

Shipping in the US for lightweight items such as dresses, shirts, most pants and some sweaters is $8.99. Heavier items are usually cheaper to ship priority mail flat rate box for $10.50. This option if also preferable for shoes because the box will protect them from being crushed. Smaller items such as jewelry and some small tops can be sent for less. Please look at individual auctions for these prices. We are flexible with shipping options so just e-mail us if you want price quotes on specific items or have any special shipping requests.

International

Shipping outside the US is dependent on the individual auction. Please e-mail us for rates to your country. We offer first class shipping which is usually cheaper, but does not carry any insurance. We also offer priority mail shipping which can be as low as $12.95. The great thing with priority shipping international is that you will have the option for insurance and delivery confirnmation. We cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail. Customs fees are the buyers responsibility. We are also not resposible for delays due to customs. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask, we love to help!

returns

Most of what we love about vintage clothing is the history that comes with the garment. It also means that each garment has been pre-loved and can show signs of wear. We work hard to ensure that major flaws and wear are noted in the auction. However every so often we may miss a minor detail. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding wear or condition.

We cannot offer returns on items that do not fit. We make sure to take very careful measurements so that you can get the proper fit. If there are additional measurements that will help you to ensure fit, please let us know. We want you to love every piece that you buy!

Please be aware that different computer monitors will display colors differently. We cannot accept returns for color differences.

payment

We accept Paypal and credit cards through Paypal.

Payment is due within 5 days of auction end unless previously agreed otherwise. If payment is not received we will file a non-paying bidder claim and block the user from bidding on any items in the future.
