 Q: What weights are included eg 2kg, 5kg and quantity per weight? What is the max you can put on the dumbell and barbell?
A: Hey, there are a couple of 15kg, a few 7.5kg, probably 4 5kg ones, and a bunch of 2.5, 1.5, and 1kg weights, no idea how much you can put on each thing.Thanks,James
