Please ask us questions to ensure that you buy the correct stone the first time. Please check the grading cert and cert picture to ensure you are bidding on the right quality. Its ok if you make a mistake we will exchange for you but we prefer if you get it right first time as this is easier for everyone.
If you are unsure about the value of our goods please go to or telephone a high street jeweller before bidding and enquire what he would charge for the same item. Please bear in mind if he knows you are an Ebay customer he will endeavour to get you to his store as we are the biggest threat to the high street jewellers HUGE profit margins.
If you are uncomfortable with our credibility or that of the independent Laboratory HKD Canada that we use to grade our stones please do not bid.
We use HKD Canada as our certification body as they are recognised worldwide and there is no internationally recognized Laboratory at all in Australia that people know about outside of Australia.
Bidding on our adverts is an acceptance in full of our terms and an acceptance that you are happy with HKD as the independent lab.
We work with integrity and honesty to provide normal people with diamonds and jewellery that they would not normally be able to afford.
We sell the full range and quality of diamonds from the lowest to the highest. If you misbuy this is not a problem as we will of course exchange for you but please do not be angry with us if you cannot afford the diamond that you want. We offer diamonds for less than anyone else BUT we cannot sell $100 bills for $50!!!!
Remember ANYONE that sells jewellery is not an independent person rather they are our direct competition. Our last 2000 clients left their comments about how their experience with us was. What Jewellery shop has a board outside similar to our feedback????.
We understand that buying a diamond can be a minefield but rest assured we will always exchange your stone should you be unhappy. We will not have unhappy clients. This is a custom made ring and there can be no refunds.
We cannot do cash refunds on 1$ diamond auctions but we will always work with you until you are happy and exchanges will be done for any reason at all.
The reason that we cannot do cash refunds is quite simple:
Each Ebay auction costs us $500 including listing fees, final value fees, insurance, resizing, recerting, admin , phone calls, photography, staff costs ,plane journeys and importation. Just imagine all the effort and people it involves to get this diamond out of the mine and made into a ring for you in Australia????? We are there every step of the way going to the far ends of the earth to find you the diamonds and jewellery that you can afford.
This is a fixed cost and therefore it is far better for both parties to work together so that you can get the perfect ring for you at the correct budget. This policy is the only way that we can continue to offer the 1$ Auction service that has brought happiness to now thousands of people previously denied their RIGHT to own a large diamond of over 1 carat in size.
So please 'WE DO NOT DO CASH REFUNDS ON AUCTIONS'. We will however work with you until you are happy with a diamond that you both love and afford.
Bidding on one of our diamonds is a commitment only to owning a diamond that you love. It may not be the first diamond that we send you!!!
