60 days after the buyer receives it | If your item is faulty within the specified manufacturer's warranty period, please return** the item back to us for repair or replacement. Some items may need to be sent direct to the manufacturer. If an item is warranted by Ten Zone Archery, please return** the item to us within the specified warranty period for that item, for repair or replacement. All warranty periods start from the initial purchase date and are not transferable to other persons. If Ten Zone Archery is out of stock on a replacement item or a similar item of equal quality and value, we will then credit you or refund your money - your choice! **Buyer pays the freight for the product return to Ten Zone Archery and Ten Zone Archery will bear the cost of return freight to the customer. Items that cannot be returned for exchange are: 1/ Arrow shafts and related components that have been cut glued or custom-made. 2/ Washed, bleached, soiled, stained or tumble-dried clothing. 3/ Items without the original packaging, accessories or purchase receipt. 4/ Items that have been damaged through misuse and/or abuse, or not used in accordance with the the manufacturers recommendations, instructions or intended purpose. Items will not be refunded simply due to customer change of mind and we will do our best to assist the customer with any warranty claim or product problem. |
