This message for everybody asking the
quality and the price for our HID, this set comes with 1 year
replacement warranty, we never actually mention on the listing as
honestly we hardly have a problem with our kit except an inquiry of
installing them (which are very easy), we as auto platonium team always
try to source the good quality supplier only. For
a customer that expecting their HID to be replace with a whole brand
new kit (under warranty) sorry guys we don't do that, we will test the
kit and replace only the parts that faulty (we did two of them last
year). All the standard HID
looks them same, we just have to look at it closely, what is inside the
ballast? what type of glass on the bulb? what sort of wiring they
use.... is it cheap cable or reasonable cable... how heavy is the
ballast, how much is the coil inside them, how reliable the factory is,
all of this contribute on the quality of the kit. Hopefully all 3
paragraph above answer most of the question we receive on out HID kit.
One more thing, what is the 6000k mean? they the color of the light,
the higher they are the more blue the color, the lower mean they more
yellow. We only brought 6000-6500 and 4300-5000 as this range of color
is the best on the street, we don't want them to be too blue and
attract the police and angry other driver but still give a nice white
color. For the 4300-5000 k colour, they really nice to be use on the rain and foggy area as the color will help in visibility.
Thanks guys. Our very own HID Xenon lighting kits offer you superb light output, excellent reliability and great value. At 4300K, they light up the streets like magic, flooding the road with a warm bright light. The absolute best colour for maximum visibility - upgrade to safer night driving today!
A little more about HID lighting:
HID lighting kits consists of 2 main parts - a special bulb, and a ballast (transformer). These ballasts raise the voltage to several thousand volts allowing the bulbs to produce enormous amounts of light (approximately 3 times the light of a standard bulb). What's even better is that they do so using almost half the power of the standard globes!
Colour temperature:
Colour temperature refers to the colour of the light which is output. These bulbs are 4300K, which is white with a slight yellow tinge.
6000-6500K bulbs produce a white light with a slight blue tinge. Anything higher than this is an obvious blue or purple.
Please note: If you are unsure of what size your car requires, please check your original lights as the size is stamped on the base of each globe. It should most commonly read H4, H1, H3, H7, HB3 or HB4. These sizes are available in our ebay store, as well as the 6000K kits. |
