1. Please note that item(s) is shipped via Registered International Airmail from Malaysia, thus it will requires the following duration for your package to arrive - generally, packages arrive safely and on time :

b) 10 to 28 days to Europe

c) 14 to 21 days to USA & Canada

d) 10 to 14 days to Australia & New Zealand

 2. Please bear in mind that in some instances, delayed postal delivery may occur due to the postal carrier in country of origin and/or country of recipient. This situation is absolutely beyond our control.

4. Postage & handling discount is always given to multiple purchases if all the purchased items are ship together in the same package. Buyer must also inform us before hand and request for combined shipment.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
