• I’m a direct importer, here you'll get the same item of a jewellery shop a lot cheaper because I don’t pay staff, insurance, etc...

• Watch out for cheap supposed sterling 0.925 silver, sterling silver should look white greyish, and not extremely white or yellow tones.

• The price of Sterling silver 0.925 items is determined by weight and hand labour necessary to make it, some of my items are pretty heavy pieces, check the weight and the kind of work necessary to make it and compare to have an idea of the value of each item.
  

• Once item is won, winner must contact me within 72 hours to arrange payment. All payment must be made within 7 days after auction ends.

• Transaction must be completed within 7 days, otherwise a negative rating and a report to ebay will apply. An unpaid strike and negative feedback will be left to non paid bidders if the payment still not received finally.

• Please contact me if you have any difficulty paying within this time period.

Return Policy:

• If You Are Are Not Happy With Your Item Then Just Return The Item For A Refund Of Your Purchase Price within five business days via registered post.
  Please Note: Original Shipping & Handling Charges Are Not Refunded. We don't accept items that had been worn, should be in it's original conditions, no scratches. 

• Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. 20% re-stocking fee applies to returns made for reasons other than items being incorrectly described. All items must be returned via registered post.

• Lost Packages: Once I send the package I take no responsibility for the postal service. That's why we use registered post service.
• International buyers: we suggest to pay for post insurance, it's an additional : $8.50
