Split system airconditioner is in excellent working condition. It has a large capacity cooling/heating designed for large area. It is a wall mounted unit, but has been removed and ready for purchaser to collect. It has had a service in the last month to ensure it is all OK.  Unit approx 7 years old.  Has remote control and manual.  Any further questions please feel free to contact me . The unit can be collected from the purchasers home and paid for at time of collection. We are located at Rathmines, just south of Newcastle, or approx 1 hr up the F3 from Sydney .  A great buy for the summer months and future winters.
