This is THE correct kit for all ESS AMT Heil series 12" models.

This kit will fit the ESS AMT, AMT-1A, AMT-1B, AMT-1C, AMT-1D, AMT Monitor, AMT-5, AMT-6, B-102 (Eclipse), Concept Monitor, Connoisseur 11, Evaluator, HD-1200, PS-1220, PS-12C, Tempest LS-1, 680-1055, 680-1057, 680-1064, 680-1123, 680-1124, 680-2058, 681-1107, 412T, and all others with flat edge PAPER cone or BEXTRENE cone.
Dual woofer models require 2 kits.

The most common problem with loudspeakers is the gradual deterioration of the poly-foam suspension edge (surround). When this occurs (usually 10-15 years) you will notice a lack of bass response and distortion in the lower frequencies. "Speaker Foam Rot" is caused by aging of the edge surround, not any specific abuse.
