Please contact me within 3 days of auction ending, please specify if bidding on multiple items for combined postage purposes, items can only be combined that end within a 7 day time frame, and will be charged at half postage cost per extra item.

If buyer fails to contact me and fails to pay within the specified timeframe an unpaid item case will be opened which will eventuate in an unpaid item strike for buyer. I am happy to extend payment time if buyer contacts me. 

PAYMENT AND POSTAGE

All sales are to be finalised within 7 days of auction ending, paypal and bank deposit are offered but bank deposit is preferred method of payment

Item will be sent WITHIN 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS of CLEARED payment

postage is via REGISTERED post ONLY! with the exception of bulk lots which will be sent in either 500g or 3kg prepaid bags

combined postage is charged at half price for each additional item added with the exception of bulk lots, if you do not agree please do not bid, bulk lots will be charged at weight measurements and can only combine as much as will fit in prepaid bags!!

postage costs include: handling, package and travel!

LOST ITEMS

If you do not receive your item within a reasonable timeframe after specified handling period ends please contact me, a lost item claim will be submitted through Australia post and if the item proves to be lost you will receive a full refund

RETURNS POLICY

I will do my best to describe each item as accurate as possible however it is possible that some minor flaws could be over looked upon which you must contact me IMMEDIATELY on receving the item and we will work out a solution, if i cannot find a solution or an agreement cannot be reached i will refund purchase price only. All return postage costs (both ways) are at buyers expense. Refund of original postage cost is at my discretion.

Refund will not be issued until item is returned to me. Item must be received in the original condition it was sent in, if item is not in original condition no refund will be issued.

If there is a delay in contacting me upon receiving the item i will take no responsibility for the item as i have no guarantee that the problem is or was truly my fault. No refunds are given for wrong choice or wrong size so please ask questions BEFORE bidding
