I use Australia Post for shipping. Tracking is included in the shipping cost so a signature is required for all deliveries. Parcels that arrive when you are not in may simply be picked up from your local post office.

I will NOT be held responsible for replacing lost items unless you pay for postal insurance.

I offer a $5 combined shipping discount off the shipping for each additional item, eBay will calculate the discount automatically when you pay for all the items together, simply keep shopping in my store and pay right at the end.

I aim to charge fair shipping prices, based on Australia Post rates. Please note that this is not simply the postage cost but must also cover tracking, boxes, bubble wrap etc, though I keep these charges as low as possible.

Faulty or damaged items

I will replace brand new items if they arrive faulty or damaged, or refund any items listed incorrectly. I will pay for return postage for these items if they are returned within within 7 days. New items that fail under warranty after this will be repaired or replaced at my option.

Change of mind

I will refund the full item cost if you change your mind. The item & packaging must be returned in new condition within 7 days so the item can be resold. ALL postage costs are the buyers responsibility in this case.

I am a photographer and enjoy using the softboxes, brollyboxes, umbrellas, stands, brackets, tripods, flashes, bags and other accessories I sell. I'm now getting into the strobist way of shooting as well as enjoying studio shoots.
