Designed for farms, camping/caravan sites and country cottages depending on tank/dam/bore water!!

This one ten inch Big Blue (Jumbo) water filter housings is fitted with 1  inch brass reinforced thread inlet and outlet.

These Big Blue housings have pressure release button for easy filter replacement.

Bracket and spanner included.

These housings are factory fitted with a 10 micron Big Blue (4 1/2 by 10 inch) pleated filter.

These filters are reusable/washable!!

Pleated filters:

  • Have greater dirt holding capacity,
  • Cover more surface area,
  • Lower initial pressure drop,
  • Higher flow rates,
  • Longer life,
  • Reduced filtration costs.

 

Not all pleated cartridges perform the same… Please look at documentation photo!!

 

For a comparison, 10 micron equals to 0.01 millimeters, the naked eye CANNOT detect items smaller than 40 microns, and the width of a human hair is 70 microns.
