The photo description is from Harley-Davidsons 'The Enthusiast' mag in 1947 but to me looks like the fellow is on a Panhead, which would make it later years?, and lady on a Harley-Davidson Topper or K model -   A H.D. Topper was a 125cc Harley-Davidson made for Uni Students mainly, as far as I know
