Canon Chip Resetter, CLI8 / PGI5 Chip reset

Resets Canon original chip. Battery operated, good for at least 500 chip resets. Will reset Canon PGI-5 Black ( the wide one ) , CLI-8 Black, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Photo Cyan, Photo Magenta, Red and Green cartridges. Resets the ink levels back to new. A must for refilling. If you refill with out resetting the chip the printer ink levels are disabled and normal functions will not work. This chip resetter fixes this problem. CHIP- REdSETTER - Simply reset the chip within seconds and enjoy full use again, including ink level display. This will work for original cartridges as well as compatible cartridges to which you attached an original chip. The chip resetter is designed to reset the Canon original Chip back to new. When a cartridge is used / emptied for the first time the chip says it is empty. If you refill the cartridge with ink the chip still thinks it is empty. If you put the cartridge in the printer the printer will detect that you have reinstalled a cartridge that has already been used. You can ignore / bypass this message and use the printer but the ink levels do not work and some multifunction printers do not work normally. The chip resetter fixes this problem. It resets the chip so the printer thinks it is getting a new cartridge. If you have reused a cartridge and put up with the disabled ink levels and or out of ink warnings on a multifunction printer the chip resetter will still work on that cartridge. The chip is restored. It will reset both the PGI-5 and all CLI-8 cartridges and work in any printer that uses these cartridges. The button type battery ( 2032 ) will last for at least 500 chip resets. The chip resetter is very easy to use , a child can do it. Just place the cartridge onto the resetter and push it onto the pins. 6 seconds and it's done.
