Overseas customers are requested to pay by paypal.
Domestic
I prefer to send items via express post as the item can be tracked, but I don't mind sending them via regular post if you prefer. I also don't mind sending items registered post. However you'd like them to be sent is fine with me. Just let me know when you purchase your item.
For items up to 500g I send via an express post satchel for $7.50 or regular post satchel $5.50. If more than one item has been purchased and combined they weigh no more than 500g I can send them in the same satchel.
For items heavier than 500g and less than 3kg I will send via an express post satchel for $10.50 or regular post satchel $9.00. I can fit quite a few items into one of these satchels, up to 2 or 3 throws depending on the size.
Larger items that don't fit in satchels will be send by regular post.
After your payment is received, expect your parcel within 3 working days for express post or 6 working days for regular post.
I don't bother with postage notification as I will send your item off as soon as payment is received, often on the same day, so expect your parcel within 3-10 working days after payment is made.
Overseas
I only accept paypal from overseas customers. International shipping is based on weight and it is often cheaper to combine items for shipping overseas. If you are purchasing more than one item, please email me for a price or wait for a combined invoice before paying.
Unfortunately international shipping from Australia is quite expensive, but I only charge what it costs me to post the items, there are no handling fees charged.

This item is hand-crafted and may contain slight imperfections, so if you are a perfectionist this item is probably not for you. Colour may vary slightly from the photo. If you are not satisfied with your item, please email me with your concern before returning it. I do offer a refund if items are returned to me within 14 days, however I do not refund postage costs unless the item is defective. I am lenient with payment, however I would like some communication from you letting me know when you are planning to pay. I understand that things come up and there are all sorts of problems facing us in life, but if I haven't heard from you by a week after purchase, I will send you a payment reminder. If I still haven't heard from you after another week I will call a dispute to retrieve my fees and re-list the item.
I aim to please my customers. If for some reason you are unhappy with the service or item, PLEASE be courteous enough to contact me first before leaving neutral or negative feedback. All problems can be solved.
