A mixed pack includes our very best blends such as the Barista, Rainforest, Tiger Mountain and Columbo, 100% Arabica Coffee 4x 500g packs - fresh roasted whole beans. BARISTA BLEND - A favourite amongst the cafe baristas - quality 4-bean blend RAINFOREST - High-grown El Salvador, Honduras and Guatemala. WHAT YOU ARE BIDDING ON You are bidding on a total of FOUR(4) packs of 100% Arabica Coffee fresh roasted beans, each 500g pack is individually sealed, 1 for now and the rest for later. Total of 2kg NET of very, VERY yummy coffee. Coffee for the office espresso machine or home with something a little different to try in each pack - subtle varieties of coffee roasted in a common theme. You will recieve 4x 500g pack containing 1x 500g each of Barista, Rainforest, Columbo and Tiger Mountain, offering you the variety to try different style of coffee at different times of the month. We use high-quality imported green beans from around the world (yes, we source from the same certified suppliers as the bigger coffee companies), roasted in Melbourne. The Barista Blend - our signature roast When crafting this 100% Arabica coffee, we leveraged from the success of our Organic Blend - staying with the successful formula of featuring outstanding Central American estate grown beans to deliver sublime chocolately results. We have used quality Brazil and PNG as the base - consistent with most Espresso styles. To bring in some sweetness and chocolately caramel, we have blended high proportions of Honduras Maracala SHB and Guatemala Estrellas SHB - both top shelf and award winning single-origins in their own respect. Rainforest - natural bliss This is a beautifully sweet coffee - our favourite. Anyone who has tried this coffee comes back for more. We use super premium beans from the prime coffee estates in El-Salvador, Honduras to shine and star with their smooth, silky, natural chocolate and caramel tones. The Guatemala finishes off this sweet, clean tasting coffee. Columbo - Smooth and earthy Colombian coffees are synonoymous with high quality and can be characterised as "sweet" and big-bodied. From the Colombian department of Huila, these coffees have a heavy syrupy texture, strong fruitiness and occasional tropical notes. A small microlot in the region of Pitalito grows this beautiful coffee. Tiger Mountain - Strong dark chocolate Specialty coffee prepared to the famous Illy specification, grown on a premium plantation and Grade A. Tiger Mountain features in many famous espresso blends. It provides the punch, kick and hit to deliver strong flavour with deep dark chocolate tones. Not for the faint hearted !

We are a specialty roaster and we roast to order, not to stock. OUR COMMITMENT TO QUALITY Our coffee is quality checked twice in the Roastery prior and during the packaging process. Control samples are logged and cupped to ensure compliance with our high standards. We maintain records from each batch for quality assurance. Your coffee is heat sealed and packed in high-tech coffee gusset bags to lock in the freshness. These foil-lined gusset bags are extremely durable and contain a one-way-valve to exhaust the natural gases generated by fresh roasted coffee. We spend a lot of money on our packaging as it is so important to deliver quality coffee to you when it is "at it's peak". Your coffee will be packed promptly after the roasting process has completed and as can be expected with fresh roasted coffee, there may be some natural swelling of the gusset bags (this indicates freshness! ).
