What exactly is a Dynaflex Powerball?

Once this powerball is activated (via the string that comes with it OR your thumb--with some practice), it starts to glow blue. The faster the unit runs, the brighter the lights will be until your whole hand is engulfed in a bright glow. The faster you spin it, the harder it is to hold on to. My Personal Testimony:

I purchased one of these babies at the end of 2006 and love it! I initially bought one because I was having soreness in my wrists (the onset of carpel tunnel, I was afraid), and this product strengthens your wrists and helps prevent this type of repetitve strain injury. I use the powerball everyday and can tell increased strength even only after a couple weeks. I haven't had any pain at the keyboard lately either, for which I am thankful! 

The best part about this powerball is that it comes with a speedometer (a device that measures your RPMs and stores your record). You can objectively measure your improvements in strength and technique with the counter. It comes with its own battery which is supposed to last at least 3 years. The speedometer can also tell you your instantaneous speed as well as the number of rotations the powerball has completed in your workout session. Additionally, it has a timer for measuring your physical strength

index in durations of 30, 60, or 90 seconds.

The speedometer comes in its own packaging (to prevent damage during shipping) but easily snaps into place on the powerball in a matter of seconds once the top cap is removed (with a flat head screwdriver or your fingernails).
