Shipping
Orders are to be filled from same day to within 24 business hours. Large or bulk orders are subject to extended deployment period.
We are not responsible for carrier transit time. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods or in climate weather conditions, and that delivery times frames will need to be extended for any processing time frames in excess of 1-2 business days.
ALASKA AND HAWAII, CANADA SHIPMENTS HAVE AN ADDITIONAL SURCHARGE. We will NOT ship without otherwise.
WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY.
We may ship each product separately from different warehouses.
We cannot ship on weekends.
We cannot select which shipping company will deliver your product. This might affect you if you live in a rural community without certain types of delivery. We are not able to combine shipping, only discount shipping on multi unit purchases at this time.

PayPal is the ONLY payment method we allow from eBay store purchases at this time.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Returns
All returns must be made within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization and must reference a Return Authorization number on all packages. Equipment must be in the original box, in the original condition, with all accessories (i.e., power pack, paper, cables, etc), then placed inside another box for shipping to GoTerminals.
Warranty
Repaired Equipment – All repair work done by GoTerminals will be covered for one (1) year from the original date of repair.
Remanufactured Equipment – All remanufactured equipment purchased form GoTerminals will also be covered for one (1) year from the original date of purchase.
New Equipment – GoTerminals will honor the manufacturer’s warranty on new equipment purchased directly from GoTerminals for one (1) year from the original date of purchase. Unlike others, we will handle replacements past the first 30 days and we will immediately process replacements for you. You will NOT have to go through the manufacturer and will NOT have to wait 2 weeks for a replacement. If you would prefer to go through the manufacturer:

Refurbished Equipment
We provide a full one (1) year warranty on all refurbished equipment that is purchased from OUR company. If we need to replace your item, you will receive your replacement in 1-7 business days.
GoTerminals will repair or replace warranty equipment with new or rebuilt parts free of charge in the event of a defect in materials or workmanship.
This warranty does not cover damage to the unit which occurs due to misuse of equipment, customer abuse, neglect, alteration or modification, or any Acts of Nature.
