All HQRP controllers at the final stage of charge use the so-called pulse-width modulation (PWM) charging current. Charge of the Battery up to 100 % is thus possible. It can charge the battery up to 100 %.

PWM charge: when the voltage on the Battery reaches certain level, the controller begins to maintain a constant voltage through a PWM current charge. This prevents the battery from overheating and gassing. Current gradually decreases as charge of the battery takes place.
