Shipping Information |

4. Pickup is not possible (No exception).

6. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery, after the proof of payment is provided.

Warranty |
1. If the listing does not contain any warranty information then we will provide 90 days warranty. Please check the listing first for the correct warranty period.
2. We will replace your item if it is found to be Dead on Arrival (DOA) within 7 days from the date of dispatch. Any DOAs must be contact/return to us within 7 days. For assistance with warranty and returns please email us first.
3. If an item needs to be returned for warranty after the 7-day period from the date of dispatch, postage for both ways will be at the buyer's expense.
4. We do not accept any item return by COD. The returned postage must be paid entirely by the bidder. You have to contact us before you return anything.
5. All accessories and bonus gift are not covered by warranty. e.g Battery, earphone,cable,carry bag etc.
6. For all products which come with LCD screen, we will provide replacement if the product has more than 3 dead / bright pixel(s) show on the LCD screen. Buyer has to contact us within 7 days from the date of dispatch, otherwise we will not provide this replacement.

Return and Refund |
1. For all faulty items with a Return to Base warranty, buyers must contact us by e-mail. We will send a form to the buyer to complete and kindly send the form back to us together with the faulty item. Please Note: For all returned non-faulty items (identified by our technical department), the buyer is responsible for shipping and handling fee for re-sending the item back to buyer.
**We have NO responsibility on the shipping and handling fee on any returned items. If buyer sends back the item by C.O.D. service, item will NOT be accepted.
2. The return item must be in new condition with the full package, otherwise we will not accept any refund after checking.
