The bottom layer is diagonal red stripped cotton, with graduated layers (22 in fact) of a white background and red roses material topped with plain red polyester stitched together horizontally up the skirt giving a fluted effect yet if you look closely behind the red layer the design of rose patterned white print all matches even though it has been cut into 22 strips. It has a side zipper with a brass button and material loop at the side. Brand is ART CARE and it is a special skirt. Buyer will not be disappointed. Measurements are Waist: 39cm across front.
