6 VINTAGE KNITTING BOOKS 1940/50 LADIES/ MENS & BABIES

Welcome. I have for auction 6 vintage knitting pattern books with mostly ladies men's & baby pattern as well.  They all date back to pre-decimal times so I estimate that they are late 40's 50's.

PATONS BOOK BETTER KNITTING.- contains instructions for washing, knitting, a stitch guide and ladies, men's and a baby cardigan. This is mostly a catalogue of the knitting books available at the time.  The spine is split at the bottom but otherwise it is in good condition inside.

SUNGLO BOOK 119, designs for women's dresses & suits. Really lovely designs from that era. Good condition for its age, a little scuffing on edges of covers.

SUNGLO SERIES 98, designs for women. Jumpers, cardigans, jackets, dress, suit. Good condition.

PATONS KNITTING BOOK 231, lacy jumpers, cardigan, jackets, Reasonable conditionfor age.

PATONS BOOK 350-ladies jumpers, cardigans. Good condition.

LINCOLN HAND KNITS BOOK 111 Mens jumpers, cardigans. Coming away at the spine and a little dog eared, and a small piece missing on one page corner but otherwise good condition.

There is also included Patons Knitting Leaflet No. 5 for jumpers, jacket & cardigan.  This is not included in photo as it is quite old and has some damage.  All patterns are in tact.

Keep in mind that while I have mentioned these books are in good condition, they are used and old books so wont be pristine.

I am currently listing other craft, doll items etc. and am happy to combine postage where possible.
