All my items have been described to the best of my ability, If on the rare occasion your purchase has been mis-described or is faulty then of course a full refund would be given.

Contact must be made within 7 days of receiving your purchase and returned in the condition it was sent (please use original packing where possible). Please note that items which have been tampered with are non-refundable.

Shipping: I will do our best to ship within 48 hrs (please note: no items will be dispatched Saturday, Sunday or bank hols).

I am not responsible for poor handling by the post or customs; I will try and package the items as best as I can to avoid damage. The postal price is always at the standard rate (unless specified) should you need extra insurance, please note on checkout. Royal Mail rules say Recorded Delivery will ensure a signature on delivery only, but does not insure for loss or damage of items. If you need insurance please ask for Special Delivery (costs more), but is up to you. Whichever you choose I will always have proof of posting.

International Shipping: Following packages being opened by customs, or loss of packages by international postal services, I will send either by first class airmail (standard rate) at your own risk, or will send out by Internationally Signed For or Royal Mail Airsure (both at additional cost): please contact me for costs.
