Payment

I accept payment by PayPal or direct deposit only.

There are two ways you can pay via direct deposit:

1. You can transfer payment using Internet Banking.
2. You can deposit funds into my account at any Commonwealth Branch. If using this method please email me to advise date of deposit.

Where possible, please use your eBay username as a reference.

Shipping

1. All clothing items are posted via Australia Post using Parcel Post satchels.
2. Hair products are posted using Jiffylite bubble cushioned mail bags.
3. For urgent orders Express Post satchels can be used if requested (extra charges will apply for this service).
4. Buyer incurs any additional charges including redelivery or redirection.
5. Postage discounts apply if buyer wins multiple auctions.

Terms of Sale

1. All serious bidders are very welcome. Please DON'T BID if you are NOT SURE you want this item.
2. All non paying bidders will be left with a negative comment and a non paying bidder alert submitted to eBay for which you will be awarded a strike. I will not tolerate any excuses such as a) death in the family, b) illness, c) sick children, d) non-working computers or e) memory loss
   
3. All winning bidders will be emailed within 24 hours of end of auction regarding payment.
4. Contact must be made from the winning bidder within 2 days of end of auction, payment to be made within 7 days from close of auction.
5. If you have any questions, queries or comments, please make them before the end of the auction per email.
6. Winning bidders enter on a binding contract once auction has ended. A change of heart or mind about your purchase is not acceptable.
7. Please ensure your postal address in check-out is correct and up to date as I will not take responsibility for wrong delivery or lost items.

About Us

All of my items are laundered prior to being listed on eBay. I take great care in maintaining my items and can therefore guarantee that they are in excellent condition. Some items will also come with the spare beading and buttons that came with the original purchase.
