Payment

Payment must be made within 5 DAYS OF AUCTION END.

Shipping

Seller is not responsible for damage or loss by the postal system. Insurance is available to you, please let me know if you want insurance when I invoice. If item is lost Australia Post does have a tracking number you can try.

Delivery

Items are mailed on Monday and Thursday.

Refunds & Returns

We'll refund you if the description of the item is significantly different from the item itself. Please rely on photographs and ask questions if you are not sure. We can't take responsibility for damages during postage unless the item is insured. Auspost are generally very good but on expensive items insurance is advised. Items need to be returned in exact same condition it arrived within 7 days of its arrival to you. Once checked we will refund the auction price minus P&P, Listing & Final Value Fees costs. If an item is lost in post, you’ll need to chase yourself via Australia Post on ph:131318.
