Hi, welcome to on the Ball Yoga.  My name is Sarah Ivanhoe, and I'll be leading you through a sequence of poses that combines the strength and flexibility of yoga and the core stabilizing and balancing effect of the stability ball.

This fusion of Yoga and ball work, as an innocative dimension to both disciplines, bringing challenge and creativity to the practice.  However, I have added modifications to the practice if you're a beginner.

There are a few tips I'm going to let you in on before we get stated.
