HOW FAST DO WE SHIP?

As you can see from our feedbacks we generally ship very quick and in two to three business days at most. Please note: Shipping speed other than getting it to the shipper is out of our control.  Fedex in the USA takes up to one full week to reach the West Coast and other Western States from our shipping date.

WHAT TO DO IF YOUR ITEM DOES NOT ARRIVE:

In the rare case that your item does not arrive within 11 days of payment for paypal for USA shpments (A REMINDER THAT FEDEX SHIPMENTS TO THE WEST COAST WILL TAKE ONE FULL WEEK TO ARRIVE AFTER SHIPMENT)  and three weeks for international shipments (most international shipments arrive in two weeks or less) We will make an accommodation of our choice if we discover your item has not been shipped or something else has gone wrong. Late or misplaced shipments occur in less than 2% of all purchases.

NON-PAYERS/BUYER DEFAULTS:

We now file for the refund of Ebay fees for non-payments since these non-payments have been costing us about $1,000 a year. If we file against you in error (as the entire process has many complications) please notify us and we will be glad to remove the filing, or unpaid item strike or make it a mutual termination.
 
CAUSES OF PROBLEMS BEYOND OUR CONTROL:

We do expect that our great customers will understand that problems are frequently caused by such things as late payments of other customers and other things that are beyond our control.

REMEMBER SOMETIMES EMAILS DO NOT ARRIVE IN OUR MAILBOX.  IF WE ARE NOT RESPONDING TO YOU IN 24 HOURS OR LESS (EBAY RECOMMENDS A RESPONSE IN 24-48 HOUR) IT GENERALLY MEANS WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR EMAIL!!! WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT USE EBAYS MAIL FORWARDING SYSTEM FOR POST SALES COMMUNICATIONS AND ESPECIALLY PROBLEMS. THESE ARE THE EMAILS THAT FREQUENTLY DO NOT REACH US DUE TO THE LARGE NUMBER OF SPAM EMAILS THAT EBAY GENERATES!!!  OUR PHONE AND DIRECT EMAIL AND ADDRESS ARE AVAILABLE TO CUSTOMERS WHO BUY STUFF FROM US VIA THE EBAY SITE!!!
