UNDER THE BASE IS ETCHED "WEBB ENGLAND" .THIS CRYSTAL IS AS GOOD AS "STUART" EVEN A BETTER QUALITY.THEY HAVE THAT BELL LIKE RING WHEN FLICKED.  IN PERFECT CONDITION.
