This is a pre loved cubby house made by Cedar Shed Industries.  It is constructed from 4 wooden panels and a colourbond steel roof.  It has 2 small windows at the front and one larger opening window at the side.

It needs some work and TLC.  There are two slats missing from the door but the rest is sound....may just need a coat of paint or re-staining.

The approximate dimensions of the house are 160cm wide x 155cm deep (front to back) x 180cm high (to the apex of the roof).  The verandah is approximately 160cm wide x 85cm deep.  The whole structure sits on stilts which are approximately 120cm high.

The successful bidder will need to organise for the whole structure to be dismantled and removed.
