Once you have place an order we will send you an email confirming that we have received your order. We will then send you a further email once your payment has been received.

 

 

Great care is taken when handling your order and our professional staff will wrap your item and dispatch it as soon as possible. Depending on the time of your order, your purchase will be dispatched either same day, or the following day but all order are dispatched within 24 hours of cleared payment being received. This excluded weekends and bank holidays.

 

All items are dispatched via CITY LINK on a fully insured, tracked and signed for service so please ensure that you provide the correct address, where someone will be able to sign for the delivery, when making payment. We would also ask that you double check your address details when making payment to ensure timely delivery.

Our most common reason for receiving items back undelivered is due to incorrect addresses being provided where no one is available to sign. Any goods being returned to us because of this will incur a further cost to redeliver and by making a purchase you agree to this condition.

 

We are an internet only based company and do not have a customer counter – therefore we do not allow collection. Please do not ask.

 

Once your item has been dispatched you will receive an email confirming the dispatch of your item.

Most order are then received “next day” (excluding weekends and bank holidays) but this is not guaranteed.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Delivery to all UK offshore islands and the Highlands, including but not limited to, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and the Isle of Wight will incur an additional cost of £8. No purchases made from these locations will be dispatched until full payment is received – please add this additional cost when going through check out.

 

 

All items are sent on a fully traceable service. Should you require your tracking number simply call or email us once you have received the dispatch email and we will be happy to supply you with it.

 

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your purchase within a couple of days of dispatch, please contact us immediately so that we can inquire on your behalf as to why it has not been delivered.

 

PLEASE REMEMBER if we do not know of a problem then we are unable to do anything about it. As long as you contact us in a timely manner we will be able to resolve any problem before your item is returned and further costs are incurred.

 

 

In the unlikely event that your item is lost in the post or arrives damaged, please do not worry. Your item is sent on a fully insured service and we will offer you a full refund or a replacement item and will deal with any issue fast! Proof of postage and delivery is available on all purchases.

 

Should your item arrive damaged we ask that you do not sign for the item and instead insist that the item is returned to us (damage to Item not to Packaging). Should this be the case please contact us (no later than 7 days). By signing for the item you are declaring that you have received the item in good condition and we may not be able to extend our above offer to cover this.

 

Should you wish to return your item for any other reason we will accept your return, but you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us and a restocking fee will be charged at 15% of the value of the sale.

You must first obtain written consent from us whereby we will supply you with further details including a return code

This should be done within 7 days of receipt of your item.
