THE STAMPS  ARE MIXED USED & MINT HINGED.   PLEASE REVIEW THE SCAN AS IT SHOWS THE CONDITION OF THE PERFORATIONS, WHICH STAMPS ARE CANCELED,  THE CANCELLATIONS AND CENTERING OF THE STAMPS.
