Shipping Delays: Every effort is made to complete your order immediately. **Returns- If for some reason you wish to return your item, you must email us and provide us with your name, order number, or invoice number, and date purchased. We will then give you a RMA #, which must clearly be marked on the outside of the package. You must also include a copy of your invoice and a copy of our email to you inside the package with the RMA#.
