This is a 1935 Leica IIIa Rangefinder Camera, in used but working condition. The body of the camera is excellent, shutter cloth is immaculate. The camera comes with 3 lenses. The first is the standard Leitz Elmar f=5cm 1:3,5 lens. This is in good condition, a few smears but no scratches on the surface. The second lens is the Leitz Elmar f=3,5cm 1:3,5, again a few smears but no scratches. Lastly, we have a 1941 Ernst Leitz telephoto lens, Elmar f=9cm 1:4. This lens has obviously been well used, and has a few dings on the body, but these are cosmetic, it has been serviced and greased regularly. The first and last lenses have the original "Leica" lens covers, the second lens has a leather wallet. Also with this comes a Kodak viewfinder, A Weston Master V light meter in immaculate, just out of the box condition(comes with own carry case) and a Weston Master IV Intercone. Also comes with a case, which has been customised(albeit in an amateur fashion) to fit the camera and accessories. This camera was bought on the Isle of Sark at an auction, it is thought that this was brought over by the German occupying forces in WW2. Obviously, some of the accessories are later, but these were added by either the late Dame of Sark or the current Seigneur. I can email you more photos of these items at your request. I'll try to answer any questions that you may have. Paypal only please, no returns. Postage will be at buyers' cost, allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. Happy Bidding! |
