Most important, you need to consider how dated your computer is; incompatibility issues often arise from people who purchase current technology that cant operate in an outdated computer. Warranty
The following is NOT covered by our limited hardware warranty:
- Software, including the operating system, third party software or reloading of software
- Problems that occur from:
- External causes such as abuse, misuse, electrical power, over-clocking
- Servicing not authorized by Massa Media.
- Problems caused by accessories, parts or components not supplied by Massa Media.
- Products for which Massa Media has not received payment.
- Customer must regularly maintain PC components by removing dust and buildup from normal use.
Your product is guaranteed to work once you receive it. If you are having issues within the first 14 days of receiving it, please contact us and we will take the proper actions to troubleshoot your issue. If needed, we will repair/replace the product at our discretion. S&H will be covered by us. If your component is not available, we will provide one of similar or greater value. This product is chosen at Massa Media's discretion.
Beyond the 15th day thereafter, the buyer will be responsible shipping costs to us.
If any problems arise, please contact us and we will help troubleshoot your issue and take the the appropriate measure to ensure customer satisfaction.
Every system purchased from us is covered by free 1 Year technical support.
Returns accepted.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return it within 30 days of the date of original invoice for a refund (may be subject to a 20% restocking fee). The item must be in the same condition as you received it (no scratches, dents or missing parts) and must have the original box.
Please contact us before returning an item. A RMA number is required for all returned items.
The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all items sent back to us.
Damaged or defective items must be returned within 10 days.

Premier Warranty means if any of your parts do happen to turn faulty within that 1 Year, We will swap it over for a brand new part on the spot if we have it in stock at the time.
So rather Then you having to wait a long period of time like 6 – 8 weeks for your part to come back from warranty, We will do the waiting for You!
