We are located in the middle of the Sydney metropolitan area (20 Minnie St, Belmore), which is within 30 minutes drive from most Sydney suburbs. We are also close to the M5 freeway exit, making our location more conveinent for buyers who live in the outer part of Sydney. There are plenty of parking spaces around our warehouse if you come by car.

If you are located in Sydney, you are welcome to come and inspect the products before you bid . Feel free to bring your dog/cat with you for size fitting.

2. All items are listed in good faith and with stock on hand, however if for any reason we cannot supply an item after sale, we will notify you immediately, and refund your payment if it has been made

Payment must be received in full within 7 days from the date the auction ends. Beyond that, supply will not be guaranteed

We also accept personal cheques, but they will take approx 3 days to process before we can send out the item.

Following is the postage and handling costs for Australia. To find out if your address is considered inside or outside Sydney / Melbourne / Brisbane, please email us with your suburb name and postcode.

For large items, please ensure you provide us with an address and contact number for delivery during working hours as our courier may charge extra for re-delivery or a waiting fee.

We are able to provide a combined shipping discount when you purchase multiple items. Simply let us know when you email us your payment details.

Our items are always stock locally, watch out for sellers that actually send their items from overseas.

All items carry a 7 day DOA (Dead-On-Arrival) warranty

1. It is buyer's responsibility to ship a faulty item back to us
2. Please do not damage the packaging and send back the item in its original packaging, otherwise we will charge a packaging fee
3. Postage and handling fee are not refundable
4. Exchanges are accepted within 5 days of arrival providing buyer pays for postage costs and item is in its original state
5. We will replace / repair the item where feasible, or we will refund all or part of the purchased amount
6. We take NO responsibility in damages and losses that occur during shipping, yet we do offer an insurance option to cover it
