You won’t find us fobbing off repainted parts as new or peddling reprints or photocopies. We offer full money back refunds on all items except parts (see parts return policy below) because we want your business not just today, but tomorrow as well. You will find an honest assessment of all auction items including condition and part application complete with serial number breaks and sub numbers in our exclusive colored item description box. We rate the condition of literature and manuals in four easy-to-remember categories; New, Excellent, Average and Poor. New means just that; no marks, soiling or tears. Excellent means new but with minor scuffing or soiling. Average means some marks, scuffing, soiling or tears; like the items you might find in Grandpa’s barn or attic. Poor means complete and useable but you won’t feel a big loss if it is accidentally covered in oil. Finally, in these tough economic times look for our items that are VALUE PRICED. These are items where we have set the starting price significantly lower than our competitor’s items in the same category. HOW WE SHIP AND CALCULATE SHIPPING CHARGES Because of the increasing importance of DSR’s in EBAY’s overall rating system, we want to explain in careful detail our shipping standards and procedures. We do so because we are seeing an increasing disconnect in our customer DSR feedback between shipping time and cost. We ship all small parts, literature and manuals within 24 hours from the receipt of payment using USPS Priority Mail with arrival time expected in 2 to 3 business days. We do not ship these items using any other method. Paper items designated for free shipping will be shipped USPS Media Mail. All other items designated for free shipping with be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Free shipping items are expected to arrive in 3 to 9 business days. Shipping time is a function of cost and not mutually exclusive. We invite you to compare us with any of our competitors for overall value and a positive purchase experience. And we encourage you to drop us an email at any time if you have a question about any of our business practices. For bulky or heavy parts we charge the actual cost of shipping, plus the packaging and/or binding needed to secure the item in a carton or to a pallet. We always combine multiple purchases into a single shipment to save your hard earned dollars. OUR PARTS APPLICATION AND WARRANTY DISCLAIMER Parts application information is provided as a courtesy to buyers. Buyers should perform their own due diligence using applicable parts catalogs or other reliable sources to insure exact fit and proper application. Parts are sold on an as-is, where-is basis with no warranty expressed or implied. Parts may be returned for merchandise credit if the parts have not been installed and all packaging is in a condition identical to that when shipped. Identical condition will be determined by the seller based on the condition of the parts and packaging at the time of return to the seller as shown by the original auction photograph.
