• All claims will require a photo of the item to be sent to Mojo Direct (original digital photos are accepted via email).

• The 7 Day Money Back Guarantee will start on the following day from when the item/s are signed for or delivered.
• The customer must contact Mojo Direct for return instructions prior to returning the item/s.
