By placing a bid on our auction you are agreeing to our terms and conditions as listed below. Please acknowledge that if you bid on this item, you are signing a binding contract with us.

The pictures used in the item page are of the actual item or the same model from our stock with different serial numbers.

While great care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item details are unintentional. Please do NOT assume ANYTHING, email us before bidding, if you find that anything is doubtful or needs to be clarified.

Please check Package Contents section to know what is included and what you are exactly getting. Please DO NOT assume Operating Systems, software, drivers, cables, cartridges and other accessories are included (or installed) with the package unless specified indivdually in the Package Contents section.

Batteries, Ribbons, Cartridges, Print Heads and Toners are considered as consumables and supplied on an AS IS basis without any warranty. Inkjet and bublejet printer inks and printheads might be dried up due to long inactivity.

The packaging of all items(used or new) may have been soiled, damaged, scratched, marked or may have label marks. Used items might have some colour changes, marks, scratches, wear & tear due to usage. ALL items may have missing parts or may not fully comply with the original package contents of the manufacturer.

Please examine the actual pictures for scratches and damages or missing parts and see what is included and what is not. If it is not included in the Package Contents section, do NOT expect anyting else in the posted package. We insert as many pictures as possible to show you the true condition of the item. There may be some missing parts or changed parts or altered parts not mentioned in item condition section. Items may not come with or comply with the manufacturers original part specifications. The item may or may not be upgradable or may not satisfy your requirements. It is the buyers responsibility to ask questions before bidding on the item to make sure that the item is what you are looking for, compatible with your equipment and what is included with the item. Please email us if anything is not clear on the descriptions or pictures.

This item is being sold on AS-IS basis. Items or parts that are marked on AS IS or Untested or Not Tested are supplied only on an AS-IS basis without any warranty. Partly tested items are marked as No Further Test Done with the details of the tests done on the item. If the item responds to the power connection only we mark these items as Power Tested.

Postage and Handling fees are non-negotiable and non-refundable. All postage costs (both ways) must be paid by the buyer.

If the postage cost is NOT specified on the item page and you are not going to pickup the item (if pickup is allowed), please e-Mail your postcode and ask for postage cost to your location.

International Buyers - please send email and ask for payment methods and postage costs, before bidding. All import and export duties and expenses shall be paid by the buyer. International buyers are welcome to organize their own FedEx Courier service and pay all duties, transportation expenses, export expenses from Australia and import expenses into their country with their own FedEx Account and we consider this sale as Pickup with self organized courier.

We only post items to the eBay address of the buyer at the time of the purchase. Please make sure you have a correct eBay address before bidding.

Postage cost includes Postage, Packing and Handling. We charge $2 packing and handling fee. We charge $1 per Kg or Cubic-Kg (whichever is greater) for packing and handling fee for buyer organized couriers.

All LOCAL PICKUPs must be paid Cash on Pickup. If you pay in any another method, we have to post the item to your address at your cost. All pickup allowed items must be picked up by the ebay account owner.

The seller assumes no liability for the late delivery or goods damaged or lost or missing during the transportation of the item both ways. It is buyers responsibility to organize insurance for goods in transit. We do not accept any liability on the toner or cartridge spills during the transportation both ways.

Usually, used items do not have their original boxes. We do our best to pack the item. Our packing does not protect the item against drop or heavy weight stacking. Please email us if you have any special posting and packing requirements, so we can give you a quotation for special posting and packing.

Items less than 10kg and less than in 102cm length and less than 140cm girth can be posted by regular Australia Post service. Please select or ask for Registered Post and extra Insurance (Australia Post only) at an additional charge. Registered post items automatically include insurance for up to $100 value. We recommend registered post for the safety and peace of mind for just $3.00 extra.

Items outside of Australia Post limitations or items we consider as BULKY, will be dispatched via Courier services WITHOUT any insurance. Please organize your own insurance for goods in transit.

Items allowed for pickup must be picked up within 7 days from the payment date.

Payment should be received within 7 days from the auction end date. We send Payment Reminder emails 3 days after the sale.

If you do not pay for the item, we may claim our eBay listing fees, final value fee and our %15 of the sale price of the item as loss of profit from you. If you have no intention to pay please do not bid.

Please quote your eBay User ID with your payment as a reference, otherwise payment may not be identified. This will delay the delivery of the item. If eBay User ID cannot be quoted ( at some banks) then quote item number (or last six digits) and email us your eBay ID together with your payment details.

We warrant that the item is in the condition described above. Otherwise the unit will be repaired, replaced, or your payment will be refunded upon the return of the unit (excluding all postage costs) in the above order. Claim under this warranty must be made by email within 48 hours of receipt of the item. We do not imply or have any other warranty on the item, otherwise stated in the Item Description above. Please check the item in its received condition before opening the covers or doing any changes to its condition (install or de-install software/firmware/hardware) and make sure that it conforms with the item description on this page before any such changes/modifications are made. If the item is found to be as described on this item page or tampered with or modified/changed, we do not issue a refund or we may charge a %15 fee. New items may or may not have warranty from the original manufacturer. No warranty or return or refund for Items listed as Not Tested or As-Is. There is no Refund or return for Sealed Software and Toner Cartridges once they are opened by the buyer. There is no return or refund for items that are picked up.

We do not accept unauthorized and any C.O.D. returns. Refunds can only be made to buyer's eBay account name at the time of the purchase, by a mailed cheque or into buyers Paypal account. In case of litigation, any action under this Terms and Conditions shall be brought before the courts in Dandenong, Victoria, Australia.

If you have a request or want to send a message to us, please DO NOT use eBay or Paypal message boxes within eBay or Paypal pages or do NOT direct reply to our emails. As we use a computerized system, we do not check or read these message boxes. Instead, please USE the eBay "Contact to Seller" link to send your emails to us. If there is a dispute, the ONLY communication method with the buyer is eBay dispute emailing system's "Contact to Seller" link. Please do not use any other email accounts or phone. Ebay dispute system is transparent to all parties concerned. Please do not send SMS messages we do not check them.
