Packaging: Most P&H will include a small packaging charge, at the time of charging postage we usually can not tell if your item will be sent in new or recycled boxes etc so we may for example include $1.00 for a box that would cost us $2.50 to purchase new and you may receive a new box or a recycled one. Over the past year our packaging and postage costs charged were under what we collected. If you do feel you were overcharged please firstly, check www.auspost.com.au enter the calculator details including size if boxed (posted from 4505) add to the total $2.70 registered post & then if the difference is more then expected packaging costs let us know, padded bags cost us $1-$1.85 each, boxes from $1-$4, enough bubble wrap for a satchel is worth around 80c

Postage: All items are dispatched within 48hrs business days via Australia Post eParcel, delivery times vary but should take no longer then 6 working days. International buyers please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.

Collection: Always email to enquire about collection & conditions before bidding / buying.

Refunds & Returns: Most items can not be opened and tested before postage, if your items arrives and doesn’t work or is damaged, email us and include photos where possible. Did you use good quality batteries? Is it as described? Email your problem and we’ll try to assist, we may offer replacement or refund. Please do not return any items before getting prior approval first.

Important Note: Registered post is available and recommended on all orders. Regular post when offered is at buyers own risk and may not cover buyer for ebay and paypal buyer protection.
