MEASURES 9 INCHES.

HAS NO POCKETS AT ALL.

IS BLUE AND WHITE STRIPED IN COLOUR.

THE BACK OF EACH LEG, STARTING JUST ABOVE THE KNEE

IS A TRIANGLE PANEL. WITH THE POINT AT THE TOP

AND THE BASE AT THE HEM. THESE PANELS BLEND IN.

THE PANELS GIVE THE LEGS THEIR FLARE.

DOES UP WITH A ZIPPER AND A BUTTON

THE BUTTON IS ON THE INSIDE.

ACROSS THE WAIST IS A FLAP WITH

6 HOLES ( TWO ROWS OF THREE ) AND A LARGE BUCKLE,

 SO THE WAIST CAN BE TIGHTENED OR LOOSENED.

THE BUCKLE SITS ON THE SIDE, NOT CENTRE.

ONE BUCKLE PRONG IS MISSING BUT HARDLY NOTICABLE.

 THE EDGE OF THE LEG HEMS HAVE SMALL FRAYED AREAS

AND THEY ARE SLIGHTLY MARKED. BECAUSE OF THE LENGTH

THESE FLAWS ARE BARELY NOTICABLE.

THESE WERE A TEENAGE GIRLS SO WERE WORN TOUCHING THE GROUND.
