Ours is a "no bull" description.
We don't claim it is the finest known, nor that it was driven to church on Sundays by a little old lady.
We provide large original colour scans on black ground (of both sides where we deem it desirable) so you can clearly see the perforations and gum or any other problems, not scans on white, not tinted, not fuzzy out of focus or so small you cannot see the defects.
We do not waste your time, or ours, by starting stamps off at ridiculously low prices.
Our starting prices are extremely fair for items in this condition.

It will no longer be possible for sellers to specify separate insurance charges on invoice, so the shipping costs we specify for each lot now include both postage, packing & insurance together, hence the slight increases .

We will not responsible for any items lost in the post that are not sent registered and insured.
Lots selling for more than $100 MUST
be sent Registered / Insured Mail.
Purchases over $2000 in value will only be sent EMS Express Mail.
(Unless you advise in writing you wish to decline these services and you will not make a claim for loss or damage in the post - no exceptions).
We reserve the right to only use the EMS option when goods are sent to countries with a high postal service theft rate. These countries include Southern & Eastern Europe, South Africa etc.
If you decline insurance the loss is yours.

Where more than one heavier lot is purchased we will recalculate the new postage.

Please allow up to 10 days for delivery within Australia and 30 days Overseas before contacting us about non receipt.
Sets and singles.
All items are sold as genuine, as described, with original gum and free from hidden defects (unless otherwise described). The photo forms part of our description and lots cannot be rejected for features visible in the photo such as margins, perfs, centring, etc.
Lots proven not as described may be returned for full refund within 7 days of receipt otherwise refunds will not be given.
Expertising: Buyer's wanting extensions for items to be expertised must advise us in advance of bidding. Extensions will only be granted for genuineness or repairs etc, not for opinions on grading/condition. Extensions will not be granted for lots that already have expert certificates.
Collections, Accumulations and Mixed Lots.
An overall condition of these lots is given however the lot may contain items with faults.
Lots may not be returned on account of these faults.
Any catalogue value quoted or numbers of stamps in these lots (more than 100 items ) are approximate.
