 HERE IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY FIND FOR A COLLECTOR OF W.A. GOLDFIELDS BOTTLES.

The GLAZED STONEWARE Bottle is marked  J DEMPSEY,   KALGOORLIE.  Also  TRADE MARK straddling a "diamond"-shaped icon.   Not sure what the bottle contained nor what its age is.  Please inspect the photos as part of the description.

There is an imperfection underside the base, outer edge - see the photo please. Itself glazed, so would it be prior to firing ?. My photo is shadowed to clarify the  imperfection for you. There are no cracks or structural weaknesses resulting.

THE LIGHT GREY STONEWARE PIECE THAT WOULD ENHANCE ANY GOOD COLLECTION.

It will be packaged carefully and despatched at Postal rates.  Perth pickup would be an option.

ATTENTION PLEASE ! A close inspection has revealed a fine linear crack 11cm long down the bottle opposite the labelled side. I cannot determine if it is only a glaze crack or into the bottle wall. There is a hairline continuation 2cm under the base. This was not noticed at the time of first listing. Not related to the already-mentioned "pre-firing imperfection"above. I will attempt to add a photo to show this - at the pencil point.
