By Bidding on this auction you are agreeing on the terms and conditions set out below.  Upon winning the auction you have entered into a contract to purchase the item under these conditions.  If you require longer to pay for the item than is listed below, you must contact the seller and organize a payment alternative prior to bidding.  If no contact is made then the following terms and conditions are held.

Payment and Postage

All payments must be complete within 72hrs of the end of the auction.  All items will be sent out on the Friday after the funds have cleared in our account.  Please allow extra time for public holiday periods.

There are no pick-ups available for any items unless otherwise stated.

*Wizdom-Imports* does not except any loss or damage due to Australia Post or its contractors.

Feedback

All matters can be resolved via email prior to negative feedback being left. There will be a logical explanation for any problems encountered.

Warranty

All items sold as brand new are covered by a manufacturers warranty unless otherwise stated.  All claims against these warranties must be taken up with the manufacturer.  Secondhand goods come with no warranty other than DOA (Dead on Arrival) where the item may be sent back at the buyers cost. The buyer will then receive a replacement item or a full refund excluding ALL postage costs.  Most items are eligible for the Happy Customer Policy listed below.

Happy Customer Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase (ie it is not fit for purpose or faulty) we will refund your money in full, upon receipt of the item within the first 7 days of the item being sent out.  All items must be unused.  No postage costs will be reimbursed from the seller. Items that are bought which are in working order, but are no longer wanted by the buyer, or do not fit etc, will not be eligible for the Happy Customer Policy.
