Description of Australia Post -Express Post eParcel with Signature
All our parcels are sent through Australia Post by a system called Express POST eParcel.
Each parcel carries with it a barcode, which is scanned during the delivery process so Australia Post can track exactly where your parcel is on request. you can trace your parcel at: www.eparcel.com.au
Your parcel will be delivered to your door where you will be required to sign for it. If no one is home, a card will be left advising which post office the parcel is left at for your collection. If a card has not been left, you can use the eParcel website to determine if it has arrived at your local Australia Post Office where you can simply go and collect it.
